Emergency Funds for Eli Lewis - Tornado Victim

Hi guys. My name is Daytona "Chynna" Rogers and this fund is for my brother Eli Lewis.

Late Friday evening a record breaking tornado swept through western KY and several other states. Eli was working at a candle factory that was completely destroyed (see pictures above). After several hours we got a call that said he was at a hospital about an hour north of our home. Then after arriving at that hospital we were told he needed to be flown to another hospital about 2 hours south of our home.

Eli's status is currently still in critical condition. He's having issues with his kidneys and lungs which doctors say is common in "crush" victims. There is a lot of uncertainty and things I don't know. What I do know is he will probably be in the hospital for at least a couple weeks. Afterwards we'll probably have to look into physical therapy and multiple trips back to the hospital for check ups, possibly even long term dialysis.

Eli didn't have any kind of health or life insurance that I know of and the hospitals financial department has already been in touch. I'm asking for donations for anything related to this tragedy. Gas to get back and forth, possible hotel stays, or food. Anything that's not used during his hospital stay will go to him after he is released to help with hospital bills from both hospitals or recovery needs.

I know there are a lot of people in crisis after this tragedy. So I thank you for taking the time to read our story. God bless.
