Emergency food relief for Ugandan forest dwellers

My friends, I went to visit the mountain gorilla's in Uganda last year. Heidy was my guide, who introduced me to the Pygmies and their plight.  Now, all these families are suffering extreme hardship. Heidy has reached out to me for help, so I am inviting you to give generously. He has been distributing food to them for several weeks now, but the money has run out. 52595894_1605448340568940_r.jpeg52595894_1605448374922160_r.jpeg52595894_1605448392616263_r.jpeg
He writes: 'Due to covid19 pandemic, people living around the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, the home of the world's population of mountain gorillas in south Western Uganda mostly especially the Batwa (pygmies) orphans and needy families got affected. This is the most tourist area where almost everyone around Bwindi impenetrable national park depends on tourism.   We are in total lockdown and many people are starving which has increased domestic violence, younger girls getting married, early pregnancy, practicing  prostitution for food. All hotels are closed down and many sold their land to rich investors.
