Keep my moms shop open during family emergency

My mother started this business a few years ago because she is passionate about animals and wanted to contribute in a way that made them feel good. In 2008 she started Paw-fect cuts out of her home, welcoming people and their furry friends into our home and treating them like family. Two years ago she was able to have saved enough money together to open a storefront and threw everything she had at her business to make it a success. In that time period she has hired people that others wouldn’t give the time of day to, she grooms dogs from the shelter for free every week in the help of getting them adopted, and has sponsored numerous shelter and pet based organization events all out of her own pocket for the help of animals. Everything she has done has been to help animals even when it wasn’t helping her. On January 1, 2019 my mom was rushed to the hospital in the middle of a blizzard due to excruciating abdominal pain. Once at the e.r., doctors determined that she had appendicitis. The doctors said she would have to stay at the hospital overnight and would probably be released in the morning. That has happened for three days in a row as of writing this posting. Unfortunately because of everything she does for animals, when it came to her own emergency, there was nothing left financially for herself. She doesn’t have insurance, though that is changing soon, and can’t afford her normal bills right now let alone hospital bills. She has expressed to me her worry of having to close shop and it is weighing on her more than she wants me and my brothers to believe. Every cent would help right now in keeping her shop open and paying the hospital. Animals mean the world to her, to take that away from her would be unbearable. Thank you
