My brother Ahmad is studying French literature and my brother Asad is a dental student, but due to this war, all our dreams of graduating have disappeared. I ask for your support so my family and I can evacuate Gaza and continue our education to achieve our dreams.

<div>In the first week of the war, water and electricity was cut in the whole of Gaza, as well as random bombing everywhere around me. Yes, every time I have survived by a miracle, but I lost people I really love. The random bombing also reached my dad's office and completely destroyed it, along with the only source of money for my family.

<div>Currently, we’re hearing it can cost between 5,000 and 12,000 to to evacuate one person from Gaza. The goal is a tentative amount that will likely need to be higher. Nour’s parents are also in ill health - her mother needs access to crucial diabetes medication which costs $40 for 3 weeks’ supply.

<div>Going off the assumption the evacuation will be $10k per person ($50,000 total), we are hoping to use any additional funds raised for:

<li>travel/accommodation: due to the bombing, moving from location to location is extremely difficult &amp; dangerous, and expensive. In addition to the evacuation fee, the Qaraman family needs cash on hand just to make it to &amp; cross the border. This will be used to cover travel, food, and other necessities in order for the family to evacuate.
