Emanuel Stovall TCHS Scholarship

All donations will be used to create a scholarship fund to help Toombs County High School engineering technology students pursue higher education.
Students will be selected by a committee of TCHS TSA alumni.
The scholarship will be named in honor of Emanuel Stovall, a TSA alum and former state TSA officer who was a terrific example of someone who enjoyed his participation in TSA and used it to begin his career.
I am personally accepting donations and as funds are available we will create an official entity, hopefully a 501c organization to continue the scholarship through years to come.
