As Lebanon continues to fall into economic collapse, the cost of an average meal has more than doubled in two years whilst income remains the same. The price of medications and healthcare have become more unaffordable and access is now more limited than ever.
Endless Medical Advantage (EMA) is the only Syrian led mobile health clinic in Lebanon providing essential primary healthcare services to thousands of vulnerable communities across Central and West Bekaa. EMA was established as a primary healthcare organisation and in times of crisis, we remain flexible, adapting to the growing needs of the community; as we continue to provide primary healthcare services to the isolated communities across Bekaa, our aim is to remain consistent in the provision of food security and livelihood support to those who are in severe need.
This Ramadan has been one of the most challenging for thousands of families in Lebanon – more than any other time – we should use our time to do good and help others do good. Doing good deeds and forming good habits should be part of our daily lives no matter what time of year it is, but if you are lacking on the side of keeping up with or forming good habits Ramadan is certainly the time to start. This year we are looking for your support in developing and expanding our healthcare services and much needed relief efforts.
Your donations will allow us to support thousands of refugees and the most vulnerable with much needed support. Any contribution will support our Syrian ground staff in the purchasing of food parcels, basic medical supplies and financial assistance packages. Any funds kindly donated to this project will be withdrawn by a member of the EMA core team and used to finance the running of this project on the ground in Lebanon.
This project has been established to deliver front line support in one of the worlds most troubled and disrupted environments. Every contribution will count and help in the effort to restore decent healthcare provision and provide emergency provisions to a vulnerable population.
