Jessica & Lara Tender Heart NGO 2020

Hello there, 
 
WHO ?

Here is Jessica & Lara, both based in Berlin we are currently part of a special management program from the hospitality company IHG. 

During this 2 years program we have the chance to get involved in several projects but our main and common passion is  : PEOPLE.

WHAT ?

Our project for March 2020 will be to travel to India in Partnership with TENDER HEART NGO.

The aim of Tender Heart is to provide social, educational, training and employment opportunities for the underprivileged within the community. 

We will be travelling to Faribadad to share our passion for hospitality with the local community.

HOW ?

We will be helping the local community by designing and delivering service and personal development training programmes.
These will provide them with key professional skills required to enter the hospitality sector, giving them a better opportunity to pursue a career in this industry.
