Hey y’all!! My story began last April. I was only 28 and diagnosed with ductal carcinoma in-situ with intermediate invasive ductal carcinoma of the left breast stage 2B and metastatic axillary lymph node. I’ve had 8 rounds of chemo and a double mastectomy. I will have 28 rounds of radiation then another 6 months of chemo. At some point,I will have another surgery.
Last year, I was pretty lucky to have good insurance. This year my employer changed insurance. My deductibles have doubled and are much higher than last year. Radiation and chemo are expensive!! I am also still paying off my medical bills from the beginning of last year on top of our normal bills. If I can just get help to meet my deductibles, I will be set for the year. If you can help me, I greatly appreciate it!! I want to thank everyone for their prayers and support. This has been a very long and complicated journey for me.
