Elyssa's Medical Fees

On Tuesday, November 2nd, Elyssa was working from home, as most of us are these days, and suddenly suffered from a seizure, something she has never had before. Her husband Aaron rushed in to help her and called 911. She was taken to the local hospital, where she suffered another seizure.
Given the sudden and unexpected nature of these seizures, the doctors decided to perform an MRI. This scan revealed a mass on the front right side of her brain, going across her forehead to the left. The doctors immediately ordered a biopsy so they could figure out more.
Since Tuesday, Elyssa has remained in the hospital. Aside from her mother and husband, no one else has been able to visit her, due to COVID restrictions. Her biopsy was performed the morning of November 6th. The doctor's expect that it is a Glioma tumor. Pathology results will take a few days to be returned but will provide more information and next steps (surgeries, treatment, medicine, hospital location).
As you likely know, even these first 4 days in the hospital are likely to rack up a slew of medical bills, let alone all the follow-up cost that are paired with not being at work.
Any funds raised will go towards supporting Elyssa and Aaron on this long journey. Most funds will likely be directed towards medical costs but we hope to provide as much general assistance as possible. The last thing anyone wants while going through a medical emergency is to worry about bills along the way.
Elyssa is a kind, loving, bright, and gentle spirit. She lights up any room she walks into and has one of the biggest hearts around. She constantly keeps water bottles, sleeping bags, and toiletry kits in her car to give to the homeless when she sees them.
Elyssa gives unconditionally out of the exuberance of love in her heart. Will you help us give some of that love back to her?
