<div>According to the International Bar Association, sexual harassment is “ongoing, chronically underreported and prevalent in every area” of the legal profession. An ABA Commission on Women in the Profession found that 50 percent of female lawyers have reported experiencing sexual harassment at work, a number the Commission believes underrepresents the actual rate of harassment because “[m]any survivors of sexual harassment become ostracized or face retaliation. Facing these prospects, others opt to say nothing.”

<div>Elyse Dorsey and Angela Landry, two antitrust practitioners in Washington DC, have refused to remain silent any longer. At great personal cost, they have chosen to fight for transparency and accountability. And now, they are fighting a $108 million defamation lawsuit.

<div>Elyse and Angela face mounting legal bills. If this were the end of the story, other survivors of harassment would be dissuaded from speaking out.
