Elsa the Stray's vet fund

Elsa the Stray was found in a backyard in Northwest Houston this morning.  She had been hit by a car and wandered back there.  Her initial vet visit was almost $500 and she needs more funds to get to an emergency vet to have her dislocated hip put back into place.  This will not be cheap!  Every single dime helps.  Thank you!
