The Bicycle Ride Across America is finished but the mission is continuing. Jim completed 8,656.30 miles on a bicycle in 121 days of cycling. Helping the hopeless find Hope in the Lord is the focus of Elpis. We want God to be glorified!! God does amazing things and we always want His glory to outshine our abilities. Elpis Christian Outreach Ministries a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, so all donations are tax deductible. We know God will bless you for your generosity to His ministry!!
We believe wholeheartedly that Elpis is God’s vision and that He will provide for it and sustain it.
Elpis is seeking to raise funds to assist those in recovery and set up faith-based transitional housing for graduates/attendees of Teen Challenge or other approved faith-based programs. The transitional housing program will be a three phase program ranging from 6 months to 2 years. We will seek to provide a continuing Christian atmosphere which includes accountability, spiritual counsel, bible studies and community service. We hope to continue preparing those who’ve chose recovery through Christ to continue to transition in to a stable Christian life.
