Help Eloisa's Delegate Costs

My name is Eloisa Melendez. I'm a 22 year old Latina college student and councilwoman in Norwalk, CT.  I'm a pledged PLEO (Party Leaders and Elected Officials) delegate to the 2016 Democratic National Convention for Senator Bernie Sanders. 

As a young progressive elected official, I'm inspired by Bernie Sanders' fight for equality in all aspects of our society. He understands the needs of Americans and his candidacy has changed this election completely. He's brought so many different people to the table and because of him the unheard now have a voice. 

I'm honored to have the opportunity to represent Connecticut and support Senator Bernie Sanders in Philadelphia. Unfortunately, I need help getting there. Although being a delegate is free, the week in Philadelphia is not. The Connecticut delegation is required to stay in the same pre arranged hotel. We have to cover our own hotel, travel and food expenses during our week in Philly.  This week will be life changing for me. Please help me get there!
