Elmo's medical treatment

On Sept 28th, i got diagnosed with congestion heart failure (CHF)last stage, meaning my heart is weak and its not working properly and there is a good chance, i might get a heart transplant. The purpose of your help is to cover expenses for my treatment and care, time is unknown on when i will be able to go back to work,been in the hospital over 2 weeks and there is no release date as of today, my heart was working 10% only when i went into the hospital,After my 1st surgery (needs to happen asap) i need to have a caregiver for 24 hours for 1 month at least so i will appreciate with whatever you can and please share.
