Ellen's American Leadership Forum (ALF) Journey

As I get ready to enter my next decade, all I want for my milestone birthday and Christmas is -- your support!

I have the honor of joining a network of more than 770 accomplished leaders on a transformative leadership experience as a member of the American Leadership Forum (ALF) Silicon Valley as a Senior Fellow, Class XLIII.

I am the 43rd ALF class over the organization's 35-year history, and I join my father and mother, who are also graduates of the Senior Fellows Program.

The 12-month journey includes a wilderness trek, a capstone project, and monthly gatherings. The intense year-long program fosters learning and trust among experienced CEOs, nonprofit executives, and elected officials from every sector of the community.
