<div>Hey everyone,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This November, I’m taking on the challenge of doing 100 push-ups a day to raise awareness for men’s mental health.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>There are a few reasons why I’ve decided to do this. First, I wanted to do something meaningful and charitable this month. But more personally, someone very close to me has been battling mental health issues for years. They've always kept things to themselves, but over the past few months, things have been especially tough for them and it’s been hard to watch.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This challenge will push me, both mentally and physically. My goal is to hit 100 push-ups a day as quickly as I can not just because I enjoy testing my limits, but because it’s something that benefits both my body and mind.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That’s 3,000 push-ups in November!!!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thanks in advance for your generosity and encouragement!
</div>
