Ella's Staff Fund

Thank you for considering this request! With the recent outbreak of COVID-19 and the subsequent closures of  many hospitality outlets, the hospitality industry collapsed overnight. Restaurants, bars, cafes and hotels make up 48 percent of small businesses in this country and employ over 15 million people. In the past week, over half of those 15 million people have been laid off due to closures. There will be a tremendous need to fund our staffs in any way we can and for staff to feed their family during this uncertain time. 

Ella's Food and Drink is asking for your help. We have 15 employees that need assistance and we have stated this gofundme with them in mind. Many in our community have become very familiar with our staff over the past 8 years we have been in the community.  Many of you have come know some of our team members very well and in some cases, see them once or twice a week.  We like to think of our restaurant as an extension of your homes, and our staff, part of your family as well as ours.

Whatever you are able to provide through this donation, the funds will go directly to our team members to assist them with the immediate needs to get through this period. For rent, groceries, medical treatments, a little goes a long way.

We are as well doing what we can to provide for our staff with continuing to provide 'food support' as well as getting them in the right direction for any agency support that is available. YOUR contributions will go a long way and the entire team is grateful for anything you can do to help.
