Ella and Jimmy's Wedding
in the midst of the Bali Volcano erupting our flight to Bali has been cancelled and we are going to miss our wedding in Seminyak on Monday the 4th of December.
My partner James and I have been planning this wedding for 8 months and as a young couple renting in Melbourne threw all our small income into making it happen. We have had a hard blow with James' Mother passing away just two months prior to the wedding but we decided to go ahead and continue with the blessing of the family around us. This is why we did not get insurance right away, as finding a insurance provider to cover someone who is extremely sick is hard. So please dont judge us as niave or going from a cash grab. We were actually trying to have someone expirence the beautiful island before they died. Hopefully thats something that no one has to go through.
We are beyond devastated that we have now lost our wedding, our accomodation and our honeymoon but we want to try and make this situation as great as we can. We both live here in Melbourne and want to try to hold our wedding on the Monday (4/12/2017)here.
We have minimal money left and we are hoping there might be some generous businesses or people in the greater public that could band together to help us out.
The funds would go towards a Venue, Celebrant,Photographer and Florist. If we managed to be able to serve the guests some Food and Drink that would be great also.
