One of our members, Jim Geronimo, 49 years old is in advanced stages of ALS. (Lou Gehrig's disease)
During the past year his wife, Marybeth, and their two sons have become emotionally and financially drained. Jim was an active member of the St. Augustine and Green Cove Springs Elks childrens sports activities and also the proud grandfather of two granddaughters presented to him by his daughter in law and son who is in the Navy.
Jim was an avid golfer and sports fan until this disease stole his ability to move.
Any and all assistance will be greatly appreciated.
