New Van for the Elizondo family

Hey everyone, my name is Zarek Elizondo, I’m diagnosed with a rare condition called spinal muscular atrophy type 2. This condition has prevented me from doing what most people typically do and it has brought me to another dilemma. I have been blessed to receive an amazing injection that will progress my condition but unfortunately this injection is 350+ miles away. There is an absence of transportation and so I ask, will you please allow me the opportunity to get to my destination by providing the finance to buy a handicap van?

Normally our family doesn't ever consider asking for much help but in this case, we don’t really have an
