Travel Fund For Elijah's Treatment

Donation protected
We recently found out that Elijah's disease is progressing and we have had to scrap yet another trial and move on to something else.

Thankfully the treatment that we are pursuing involved Dinutuximab (CH14.18) and has recently been approved by the FDA as an agent for neuroblastoma relapse.  Elijah tried CH 14.18 a few years ago but trial exclusions forced him out after only 2 cycles.  Now that his treatment is off trial and they have come up with more ways to make it effective, we are trying it once again.  The good news is, if it works... and we are able to get the kinks worked out after a couple of cycles, we should be able to continue this treatment at home.  We will be doing a few cycles up here and then scanning before we are able to determine if doing this at home will be an option.  It's our hope that it is.

As usual with any newtreatment, our travel will increase.  We will be making two more trips to Philadelphia in the next 5 weeks.   If all goes well and we are able to do this from home, we are looking at Elijah being inpatient for 6 days every 3 weeks.

We've set up this gofundme page to make it easier for our friends and family that want to help us cover the additional expenses we incur with travel or for those who want to bless Elijah.

Thanks for alway being there for us.
