Elias needs double ACL repairs

Elias came to ePITome Dog Rescue 2 years ago with 4 siblings.  They were about 6 weeks old at the time and had been severely neglected.  In fact, Elias had two broken bones in one of his front legs from the neglect/abuse.  His sister and brothers all got adopted, but Elias did not.  Elias has a wonderful foster home and he is a joy to his foster mom, Nicole Dolan, with his incredibly sweet personality.  Unfortunately, Elias now has double ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) ruptures which are extremely painful and can only be repaired by surgery.  The surgery will cost $1700 and we have two additional bills for exams, xrays and diagnosis.  ePITome is a charitable, 501(c)3 organization that financially runs only on donations and adoption fees.  Please help us pay for Elias's necessary surgeries, so that he can become pain-free and enjoy life again.  Thank you.
