My name is Eli Kinder and I am 15 years old and play basketball for Palm Beach Currumbin Reds and Magpies. I am currently part of the basketball excellence program at PBC High School.

Last year I trialled and have been selected for an opportunity of a lifetime to play AAU basketball in the United States as part of a touring AUSA Hoops squad on the Puma NXT Pro circuit.

I am looking forward to playing and training in America exposing me to a whole new world of basketball. While college is a couple of years off still, it will allow me to perform and be noticed in front of 150+ of the right high-level scouts and coaches there so I can continue to pursue my career in the sport.

I love everything about the game, from developing and gaining skills, to strength and conditioning training, mindset philosophy and more.

My favourite part is competing and this opportunity will allow me to compete against others doing the same.

This three week tour is completely self funded by my family, and is quite a large undertaking. I will be needing some support to make this happen and would appreciate any donation big or small.

I am also happy to work for donations, so if you live on the Gold Coast and donate $60 or more, I will happily mow any standard sized house block.
