Hello Friends and Family,
Meet Eli! Eli, is very near and dear to my heart. I was blessed to meet Eli when he was 3 years old! I worked at Adams elementary school in the preschool autism program. Eli would ride the bus to school and every morning for three weeks Eli cried crocodile tears! It broke my heart. Eli was a little guy and this transition was a big one for this little guy. Eli finally warmed up and so did his smile!! Everyone who meets Eli is blessed by his bright smile and warm personality. You can't help but smile when you are in his presence. Well, this little guy is not so little anymore and he has recently been diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis which is very rare in children his age. Any form of donation will help him and his family. At this time Eli does not have a bedroom or bed. He sleeps in the living room with his brother on the couch. My goal is to get him a couch w a pull out bed so he and his brother can get a good nights rest. Eli loves to draw but, has found it very challenging to do so lately. He is also a lover of trains and my hopes are to get him on an amtrak train and send him to lego land for a weekend w his mom. Eli has only rode the Metro and really wants to ride the Amtrak!
