To address this, we co-founded conduct(her), a research-based podcast dedicated to amplifying the voices of trailblazing conductors, educators, and composers. Through our platform, we explore the challenges women face in the profession while also discussing the intersectionality of other marginalized communities, including LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC musicians.
