Hi!
I am currently in the works of planning my first study abroad trip to IRELAND! In May 2019, I will be leaving for a 2-week trip to explore a new country and expand my experience in the classroom.
My trip includes staying with a host family, school visits and mini-lessons, some after school cultural events, and exploring cities Belfast and Dublin and the Doolin village. The best part, we are working hard to make Irish dancing, an archeology presentation, museums about Irish immigration to the US, a service project, and an overnight stay in a castle happen! The not-so-fun part, this trip costs money.
Unfortunately, I do not have this kind of money just laying around right now, so I have been encouraged by the supervisors of this trip to create a GoFundMe in efforts to help me make this desirable trip a reality very quickly. We have estimated this trip to cost about $3,500 and fundraising is officially a go!
Will you please help me go to Ireland to expand my horizons for my Elementary Education major through Indiana State University?
