ELECTION SECURITY ADVOCACY AND LAWSUIT

From all over the world hackers can steal your
vote. Let’s do something about it!

·       The S.A.V.E. (Shelby Advocates for Valid Elections)
federal civil rights election security lawsuit is on appeal from the
Western District of Tennessee. The Plaintiffs are raising
money to file a Writ of Certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court to
stop the use of no paper trail voting machines and fight for the rights of
citizens to challenge malfeasance by their election administrators.
If accepted, the case will set a precedent on the rights of
voters from counties across the nation to sue for election
irregularities, or who use the same type of voting machines
with no paper trail.

·       S.A.V.E. advocates for fair elections
by requiring hand-marked paper ballots that can be scanned
and preserved for post-election audits.

·       S.A.V.E. advocates for national
election cyber-security standards. The national
security agencies have labelled
paperless DRE voting machines as a great national
security risk. The U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security
has declared the U.S. voting apparatus as critical
infrastructure. The United States Senate Select Committee
on Intelligence agrees with this assessment and strongly
recommends paper ballots with free standing
optical scanners at the precinct level. Yet many
counties in the nation, including Shelby County
 (Memphis), continue to use
machines that do not have a voter verifiable paper
trail. If this electoral malpractice continues, then
the U.S. elections that decide the  President
and composition of the U.S. Congress will remain
vulnerable in 2020 to garden
variety hackers and foreign enemies!

 ·       S.A.V.E. monitors election commissions, reports
on current election security measures. S.A.V.E. founders
Dr. Joseph Weinberg, Mike Kernell and Carol Chumney
began researching and exposing
the election security vulnerabilities in 2012, long
before the recent reports of interference in our
Presidential elections. Read more at

·       The current pandemic poses an even greater
risk that voters will not be able to safely and
securely cast their votes if we are forced to vote in person
on either outdated DRE touchscreen voting machines
or Ballot Market Device touchscreen voting machines.
We must preserve our democracy and ensure that
every vote cast in America is accurately counted
and voters are not required to choose between
voting and remaining safe from this contagion.
These are fundamental rights, and priceless. S.A.V.E.
is fighting for the fair administration of elections,
especially during the coronavirus pandemic.

·       The S.A.V.E. lawsuit demands the public
and/or experts have access to inspect the
voting machines’ and tabulators’ software to check
for malware.  These machines are often
connected to the internet and vulnerable to
hacking.

 ·       S.A.V.E. is nonpartisan and promotes
voter registration and education.

In 1775 Paul Revere made his famous midnight ride
warning of the British troops on the way. Now, 244
Years later, the national intelligence agencies have
warned that the attack is from enemy countries
around the world, but not in ships with muskets. The
attack on our democracy is with the single stroke of
a keyboard into our vulnerable state voting systems.

We must act.

Will you help? S.A.V.E. needs your help to build
support and prosecute this lawsuit to the highest level.
Please give $5, $10, $25 or
more today. Our freedom depends on it!
