Support Eleanor's Leukemia Battle

Our adorable, amazing, hilarious, and sweet Eleanor has had a tough few months with a long-running bought of stomach pain that the doctors could not figure out.  After several weeks of blood work, scans, and other tests, her fever spiked at 105 degrees and her parents, Evan and Michelle, rushed her to the emergency room in Klamath Falls, Oregon.  The ER doctors were very concerned and put her on an emergency medical flight to OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital in Portland. 

Eleanor has since been diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia, a type of childhood cancer in which the bone marrow makes too many white blood cells. Eleanor and her family have a long and very difficult road of recovery ahead.  Eleanor will be receiving chemo every week for the next 6-9 months depending on how her body responds.  After that her treatments will continue monthly for the next 2-3 years.  This is an intense life altering medical journey and through it they are going to need our love and endless support from beginning to end. Eleanor is a brave, strong willed, hilarious, kind, caring seven-year-old who is going to battle with all her might and she will have an amazing support team rooting for her the entire way.  

This Go Fund Me page will help provide financial support for Eleanor and her family.  There are going to be endless doctor visits/bills, travel expenses back and forth to Portland and Ev and Michelle are going to be taking lots of time off work to be there when Eleanor needs them.  Being able to worry less about the financial burdens through this ordeal would be an amazing gift.
