Elderly With No Running Water

Hello, The lady in the photo is my 80 year old Grandmother Dot, who’s lived in Sorrento for over 30+ years.  Who’s in desperate need of running water. She or I hasn’t had any running water in the last six months “June 6” . She got an Estimate from  “Wigging Well pump” for 1,200-1,300$, My Grandmother is on a fixed income and is unable to afford that. With me being her primary caregiver, I unfortunately don’t have that kind of money laying around either.  We’ve had multiple people come look at it but no one can seem to figure out the problem. If ANYONE can help her or myself that would be a HUGE CHRISTMAS BLESSING .  I’m to the point where I just want to give up on this water situation but I no she’s in DESPERATE NEED.
