Elderly Essentials Care Packages

Many of our community are alone and vulnerable. The elderly is a group of highly vulnerable individuals who need to be looked after in such unprecedented times.
In isolation, loneliness kicks in, not being able to see family or loved ones and often supplies are not able to reach those in need. We take for granted the network of people we have and our education on technology in order to be able to source such help whereas, the elderly just do not have this access or know where to get the help they need.
I have identified a number of local elderly people that are in this position (Around 50). My plan is simple, to gift a care package over the coming weeks to those in this horrific time. The package will contain essentials such as a pint of milk and a loaf of bread, biscuits and tea plus something that will help keep the mind active such as a magazine or puzzle book plus potentially a bunch of flowers.
We should all be helping our communities over the coming, testing months. This is my way of getting help to the more vulnerable and hopefully bring a smile to their face.
My target is £300 which will enable a great number of care packages to these people and put smiles on their faces and give them some much needed positivity.
