Man hits Elderly couple’s home destroyed in police chase. They need 24 hour assistance and home care until their home is rebuilt. They have many out of pocket expenses since the man arrested had no insurance. It is unbelievable how little assistance there is for our elderly on a fixed income. Please help if you can.
