Ok everyone D day is coming close, as most of you know my 5yr old daughter Ella and I made the decision to grow our hair in order to donate it jus over a year and a half ago.
We decided to do this in 2016 after my own Dad was diagnosed with cancer. Listening to him tell us about all the people he met on his journey, we wanted to do something small. However over the last year our family has been hit by this horrible disease tearing our world apart. We have both had friends who have suffered and went through serious treatments. That's why we said we'd try do a little fundraiser. We are hoping to raise a few bob before the big chop so we can donate to the Irish cancer society. Our 14 inch pony tails will go to the Rapunzel Foundation.
