Need help getting to Dr Daniel Wallace!

After battling lupus half her life, it has begun attacking my mothers lungs with a disease called shrinking lung which no one knows anything about.
We received news from the drs at KU last week. They have given mom maybe a year to live. If not I hope this year is full of good memories for our family. We have the chance to go to one of the best rheumatologists in America, Dr. Daniel Wallace. He saved Kristen Johnstons life. She was in Third Rock From the Sun and stars in The Exes. The only problem is getting there! It is in L.A. And we need help so we can get there and he can try and save my moms life!! My Nanny just had a stroke as well so we are dealing with moms horrible news and trying to get my Nanny healed. So please share. Maybe someone else has this devastating disease or knows someone.
