This is Chad Dick. He is a 100% service disabled veteran and was honorably discharged from the military. During his service he was part of the 984th Military Police.
Chad is a veteran that put his life on the line for us as Americans. He is now in a situation where he needs help. The VA is not going to do anything to help so he is seeking out medical care on his own. The problem is that it doesn't cover what he needs. Chad has already endured 72 surgeries since he was discharged from the military. Chad is now needing multiple surgeries to repair his jaw. These surgeries that are needed are extremely painful. I am raising money to cover his monthly living expenses, his dog 5-0, and non-covered medical bills while he recovers from these surgeries. This situation is urgent and the funds are needed immediately.
