Friend's first born passing

A month ago, a good friend of mine recently watched his first son being born.  Unfortunately, he never was able to hold him or bring him home as he was rushed into intensive care and diagnosed with a very serious case of EB (Epidermolysis Bullosa - very rare painful skin disease).  After a month of some ups and downs, his son passed away.  My friend is a very humble man, and likely wouldn't ask for or take favorably to donations, however I just feel in my heart that given the circumstances, it is a good and needed thing to do.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to bring a healthy girl into the world a year ago, and I could never imagine anything remotely close to going through what he and his wife have.  Myself and other people who know Larry have been deeply impacted by this tragedy and have been living in a daze of disbelief, and having feelings of love and empathy for Larry and his family after this all happening.   

This is mostly just being set up for other close friends, co-workers, etc but anyone else who wants to donate of course is more than welcome.  The funds are to help his family cover the medical bills for the 1 month in the NICU and funeral costs.
