Funeral expenses for Derrick

Donation protected
Derrick Leroy Tsinajinnie was a loving son, brother, cousin, and uncle who also made many friendships during his short time with us. We sadly announce that Derrick passed away on November 11, 2017 at approximately 3:00 P.M. at the Kayenta Medical Center.  He was a very generous person with a big heart.

He came into the world on a bright May 22nd morning into the loving arms of Stella and Leroy Tsinajinnie along with two elder sisters he would tease for years to come. He grew up in Rock Point, AZ where he rode his ATV over red waves of sand. He attended Connolly Junior High and McClintock High School in Tempe, AZ. He had an aptitude for mathematics and poetry. He graduated from Monument Valley High School in Kayenta, AZ and worked for the Port Gamble S’Klallam tribe in Kingston, WA.

He was an avid Denver Broncos fan from the time he began to walk. He wrote, recorded, and performed rap lyrics with a group of his friends. He leaves behind beautiful memories and a smile that the family hopes will soothe the pain of his absence.

Any donation will be much appreciated to help pay for a proper funeral and burial service. Thank you very much for your love and support at this difficult time.
