Paul Seykot Memorial

A devoted Husband, proud Father of 4,  and a doting Grandfather is the best way to describe who Paul was.
Sunday Morning Paul was taken from all of us suddenly, without warning.  He came home from a hard days work, sat with his wife(Shirley) and ate dinner, his last meal their last dinner together.  No one knew that night heaven would be gaining an Angel.  Paul went to bed that evening with indigestion, he awoke in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and suffered a heart attack.
A 54 year old healthy man never expected this.  He worked his whole life to care for his wife and family, having a daughter with Rett Syndrome Paul dedicated his life to take care of her, working long days just to provide health insurance and care for his little girl.  Paul and his wife didn't think of themselves, all they had went to their children.  They never asked for help, never took any form of charity for Kelsey (their daughter), they went without and always said there were people who were worse off than them that needed help.
Together they raised a beautiful family 3 loving boys, 2 of which fight for our freedom everyday one in the Navy  and the other in the Marines(who got married in July, the last time the whole family was together).  There oldest boy is married with a little girl (the apple of Paul's eyes), and their only daughter lives home with them.
Today for the first time we are asking for help for Paul's family. There is little money to pay for a funeral that he so deservingly should have.  Paul was a proud man and would be mad knowing we were asking for help, but a man as wonderful as him deserves this.
We are asking for donations to help with the cost of the funeral, and to help his wife with the everday cost of living.  Shirley's full time job is caring for their daughter, which she will continue to do everday.  No one in the world is a more devoted care taker than Paul and Shirley and with him gone she will continue on her own and make her husband proud.
Any donations big or small will help this much deserving family.  We thank you in advance and ask for your continued prayers for them.
