<div>Ich bin Jessi und lebe mit meinem 10 jährigen Sohn Mats und seinen 3 Brüdern ganz herrlich am Waldrand in einer kleinen Stadt.

<div>Auf Grund einer Trennung müssen wir jetzt unser Auto entweder abgeben oder auslösen . Da wir aber auf Grund Matsi“ s Behinderung auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen sind und auch so bei Unternehmungen oder längeren Fahrten dringend den großen Innenraum benötigen , damit Mats gewickelt , umgezogen oder einfach nur liegend zur Ruhe kommen kann, würden wir sooo gern den Bus behalten , auch , wenn rein zum Transport ein kleineres Auto evt gehen würde .

<div>Um das Auto zu behalten , müsste ich aber 15.000 Euro zahlen , die ich nicht habe. Auf Grund meiner finanziellen Situation ( alleinerziehend )bekomme ich natürlich auch keinen Kredit.

<div>Die Situation ist mit einem hochgradig eingeschränkten Kind , einem weiteren Kind mit Autismus und alleinerziehend schon nicht ganz einfach aber wir kommen soweit zurecht und sind dankbar für das , was wir haben .

<div>Aber durch die Behinderung von Mats sind wir natürlich auch sehr eingeschränkt in unseren Möglichkeiten, was Unternehmungen angeht , unter dem mein 12 jähriger Sohn schon sehr leidet , da er ja auch im Alltag bereits viel zurückstecken muss .

<div>Der Bus ist unsere einzige Möglichkeit, überhaupt Tagesausflüge zu machen , weil er uns eben die oben genannten Möglichkeiten der Pflege und des Rückzugs für Mats bietet , vom Transport des Rollstuhls und diverser anderer Utensilien , die man mit so einem Kind eben braucht , mal abgesehen .

<div>Daher wäre ich so dankbar , wenn vielleicht der ein oder andere einen kleinen Beitrag übrig hätte , der dazu beiträgt, mir die Möglichkeit zu geben , den Kindern ab und an, neben dem Alltag mit vielen Einschränkungen, doch noch ein wenig anderes zu zeigen . Von der großen Erleichterung, die der Platz im Auto uns auch im Alltag einfach bringt , ganz abgesehen.

<div>My name is Jessi, and I live with my 10-year-old son Mats and his three brothers in a small town near the edge of a forest.

<div>Due to a recent separation, we’re now facing a tough decision: either give up our van or try to raise the money to keep it. Because Mats has a severe disability and relies on a wheelchair, this van is absolutely essential for us. It offers enough space for all the things Mats needs—like being able to lie down, get changed, or just take a break during outings and longer trips.

<div>To keep the van, we need to pay €15,000—an amount I simply can’t afford as a single mother. I also don’t qualify for a loan due to my financial situation.

<div>Life with a highly disabled child, another child on the autism spectrum, and being on my own is far from easy. But we’re making it work, and we’re truly grateful for everything we have.

<div>Still, because of Mats’ condition, we’re very limited in what we can do outside the home—and that’s something my 12-year-old really struggles with. He already has to give up so much in everyday life.

<div>The van is our only way to go on family outings, to give both Mats and his brothers a bit of normalcy, adventure, and joy. It allows us to transport Mats comfortably with all his special equipment, and it gives us space to care for him on the go—something a smaller car simply can’t do.

<div>That’s why I’m reaching out and asking for help. If anyone out there has even a little to spare, it would mean the world to us. Every small donation brings us one step closer to keeping this van and giving my children a chance to experience more than just the day-to-day challenges.
