Eileen Bowser - Duncan

Eileen was killed in a fatal car accident the evening of April 24th, 2019.  The accident happened at the intersection of Dowling and Washington of North Minneapolis.  She was struck by someone who may have been under the influence.  It flipped her vehicle and she ended upright after striking a pole.  A friend of hers came across the incident shortly after impact.  He came to her aid and found no pulse, cut her seat belt and started to administer CPR until further help arrived.  Unfortunately she was not able to be revived. Her friend's help is greatly appreciated and will never be forgotten.
The witnesses and driver of the vehicle that hit her have cooperated and we are waiting to get the complete details from the investigator(s).   
She has been finding her way thru life's struggles and working her way down a path with God. We have seen vast improvement in the last year.
A strong woman with a bright smile with her eyes on her future has been taken from this world. 
Please pray for justice for her and her son. The world won't ever be the same without her, she is finally at peace. Its helpful to know that she is with our mother who we lost 7 years ago this month. As well as two brothers, Justin and Adam, lost as youth. 
We are trying to raise funds to help pay for her burial expenses and set whatever is left in a trust for her son.  She lived her life for her son and would be happy knowing how many people cared for her and him. We will be posting updates on her memorial and police report.
