Hello People,

My name is Chris Piper and I am planning a charity walk in memory of my best friend and Brother, Jake Ovenden.

Jake tragically took his own life at the beginning of the year after a long and excruciating battle with mental health.

If only he had received more help from people like lighthouse men's group, a local charity based in Liskeard, who's main focus is supporting men who need a break and helping them through challenging situations by providing activities aimed at combating negative mental health.

 

MY PLAN...

 

I plan to walk from East Looe Beach to Tintagel over two days, covering around 40 miles a day.

I am aiming to raise £10.00 per mile but every single penny would be appreciated more than you know.

I am going to propose a few options for what I should wear as I walk. These will be available to vote on once a date is set. A facebook group will be created and added respectively in order for people to follow my journey. A link will be added very soon.
