Eid Dinner and Fun Day for Reverts

After fasting the blessed month of Ramadan Eid is a day of celebration. It is a day of happiness and fun where Muslims spend time with their Muslim family and loved ones. Sadly for many reverts Eid is not a day of happiness its a day of sadness. The reason for this is many reverts do not have Muslim families. So while many born Muslims are spending Eid with their families, many reverts are spending Eid alone.


Before Islam many reverts had festivals like Christmas which they celebrated with their families but in Islam it is not allowed to celebrate this day. Now when the day of Eid comes reverts have no one to spend it with.




Last year for the first time Roadside2Islam held an Eid dinner for Muslims without Muslim families accommodating for over 100 brothers. Unfortunately we were unable to accommodate for sisters but this year we would like to cater for both.



We plan to hold a dinner for brothers and a fun day for sisters and children inshAllah free of charge
