Help me to further my education.

Hi, my name's César (for those who don't already know me) and i'm a 32 year old guy.

I'm here asking help, in order to be able to attend college. In my early years (educative years) i didn't had a lot of chances to attend college - either i didn't had the resources (money), or my mother never showed interest on my pursuing of a  higher degree of education and all she wanted was for me to work, or simply i made bad choices. Now i'm working at IBM as a staging manager (OS deployment and further configurations) and IT Admin (Junior). My progress in the company (2 years already) is slow and in order to climb this corporate ladder i wanted to improve myself. Learning SQL and programming (all i can master) and further my knowledge in server workstations, Server OS config, VMWare and so forth. But now as my mistakes caught up to me and i'm getting old i feel the weight of all my past, and all around misuse of my time in a way that i can't describe, but it's heavy.  I'm a father of an 11 year old boy that is currently attending school. He is so bright and looks up to me.

I want to be a role model to him, and education is key.

I had a family member that was (and still is my role model), and i know how to be a  disappointment to him. The frustration of the years wasted in vain, in stupidity and working jobs that had nothing to do with my career path.

I only ask of you (if you can) to help me attend school at IST - Instituto Superior Técnico or any (as prestigious) engineering school. I don't ask for a full payment. This is only a small help in order to continue working and studding at the same time.

I want to attend an Information Systems and Computer Engineering (Master degree), no matter the cost (time).
