Monica and Spike are really going through it right now. While they haven't asked for help, they could use it.
A couple months ago Monica started having problems with a blocked liver duct which has resulted in 8 surgeries and many hospital stays. She is unable to work right now and while the rest of us are enjoying our summer, our friend is in the hospital.
Monica is part of our family. She is always bringing gifts and treats to our parties. We have all seen her working away on baby blankets for a charity or a friends new arrival.
