<div>On June 25, 2025, Efraín Piña suffered a tragic accident to his hand while exercising. The traumatic injury resulted in a partial amputation of 2 of his fingers on his right hand. This GoFundMe will help Efra to cover the out-of-pocket medical expenses (reconstructive surgery, hospital expenses, follow up appointments, and physical therapy) so that he can focus on recovering and rehabilitating.

<div>For those who don't know, Efra is a devoted Spanish teacher who loves to learn Greek and play his guitar in his free time. The physical and emotional trauma of the incident has been difficult to navigate, but Efra is facing it with immense strength and positivity.
