<div>Four years on, some Orchard House lessees still face a lawsuit for alleged lease default by Westsea Construction for us refusing to pay its litigation expenses... billed even when those costs were in a proceeding that the company lost! The precedent eventually set in our case will apply directly to nine other leasehold buildings, as the B.C. Court of Appeal has declared that ours is a "standard-form agreement" along with those nine others. There are numerous further almost-identical leases for which the pending precedent in our case should also apply.
