Constitutional attorney funds for EF HAVOC

"On June 3rd, 2020, ef havoc (Hunter Nicholas Froelich) was picked up by the police for supposedly espousing "terroristic threats." Evidently one does not have the right to voice an unpopular opinion anymore, as the example they gave was, "Those who burned down the 3rd precinct are heros." Before they put him in hand cuffs. I thought the whole point of American free speech was to protect unpopular or controversial speech? He certainly never made a threat in any of his videos, all of his protesting videos include him in peaceful organizations; I'm not shocked that the state would stoop so low, but this guy, this chill dude who's a great supporter of anarcho-capitalism via his direct-activism and music who peacefully took part in George Floyd protests has been arrested for speech against the state, another thing to tip toe around with our "brave heros". Would they arrest someone for saying that the police ought be reacted against in their aggressive conduct? Or that the police are uneconomical or are inherently unethical, because I know a few authors myself included who would have their books burned by the local pd than. Someone's opinion, whether it be mal and disturbing or kind & collected does not warrant an abduction especially with no established agreement. I'm going to see his status asap. If you guys have any information on his whereabouts since he was arrested please dm me. I have been speaking with him for a while and he is by far the most knowledgeable person I know when it comes to everything from economics to legality. The police currently are still investigating my case but I am a free man as the arresting  agency and county attorneys have not formally charged me within the allotted amount of time to do so (48 hours). I was told that it is my responsibility to stay in contact with the arresting agency and county attorney as I can be charged at a later date and another warrant will be issued for my arrest. This GoFundMe is in case that happens, as I would use the funds for a constitutional attorney to defend me.  I would not be surprised if the police arrest me again for something I have said in the past as they are most likely looking through all of my social medias for something they can charge me with, given my political ideology, if not terroristic threats.
