4 wheel amphibious electric bike

Here in Nepal there is currently crisis all around as there is no petrol fuel or gas anywhere in the country due to the blockade imposed by India.  We want to build a 4 wheel ATV electric  bike that charges by gravity, the sun, power outlet or generator.  In nepal importing vehicles  from india is very expensive because of taxes and such, so we want to improve the "made in nepal" brand and build it here.  We will need money to buy the electric motor, and build the frame which will carry batteries that are charged by an alternator spinning as the vehicle travels down the hilly terrain of nepal. It will also be waterproof so that it can travel across rivers so this will actually save the lives of elephants which are used to travel now. We want to build a prototype of this so that we can see the potential of building off road vehicles in nepal to help people travel without the need of petrol. If funded we will film a documentary of the project and you are invited to come to nepal and try it. We need at least 10k to start building this so please give what you can to get this going.
