On Tuesday, December 12 my husband Jon Sawyer suffered a stroke while on a job in Boston Massachusetts. I immediately booked a flight and flew up to be with him. He has a long road of recovery ahead of him. We are asking for any help you can give to help cover the cost of travel, medical expenses and future lost wages. We have been told thy he will not be able to work for at least theee months. This will be a devastating blow to our family.
Jon's condition is much worse than originally though. Over the past month we have been told that Jon would need bypass surgery. Upon further testing it was discovered that Jon will need a heart transplant. The viability tests have shown that only the front wall of Jon's heart is viable, therefor surgery is off of the table. We will be beginning the process very soon to go on the list for a heart transplant. Please keep our family in prayer and for God's will to be done.
