Hi everyone,
My daughter Tamami, a very talented musician, has been suffered from eating disorder and bipolar manic depression since 2011. It was a heartbreaking long journey for all of us after losing my husband in 2010.
We have been to doctors, kenesiologist, massage therapists, psychologists, nutritionist, sound therapist and psychiatrists. I was told that the bipolar is incurable and all we can do is to medicate her to controll the symptoms, also we were suggested to register her as a disabled person to get financial assisstance. One of the psychologists abused me for not sending her to psychiatric hospital. We were all devastated and lost hope for the future.
November 2013, she said she was saved by the God and became Christian and even baptised. It was very difficult to accept her at that time as she only thinks the God is the savier. We as a family felt abandoned and ignored. She left the house and started her own journey. She is doing great. She has no money but she has faith. She has nothing to hide anymore, accepted who she is totally and she is HAPPY.
She is planning to join the church volunteer group to go to the third world country to give her hands. It is a music program so she can use her skill and talent to help those in need. This means a lot to her. (Please read her letter at the bottom!)
She has prepared everything but she needs fund for the flight and initial training cost. Could you please help her by donating some money towards her dream??

ドクター、カウンセリング、キネシオロジー、マッサージ、栄養士、臨床心理士、サウンドヒーリング、精神科医、、、様々な療法を試しましたが闇に落ちていくばかりでした。双極性障害は治らない、薬でコントロールするしかない、精神病者として登録して社会保障を受け取るべきだ、精神病棟へ入院させるべきだ、、、こんなことを言われ続けました。どうすることもできなくてとても辛い時を過ごしました。
2013年11月、鬱状態から躁状態への変わり目の不安定な時期に、神に救われた、と言い出し教会へ通い始め、洗礼も受けました。それまで一緒にいた家族を無視し、彼女の世界はすべてが神の意思となりました。私達にとっては受け入れがたい出来事でしたが、彼女は家を出て、自分の足で歩き始めました。一生懸命頑張って自分の足で歩こうとしています。お金はないけれど、信念があります。完全に自分を受け入れ、今は幸せそうです。
彼女は今、教会のボランティアグループに参加し発展途上国へ海外支援に行く準備をしています。音楽が絡んだプログラムなので、彼女のスキルとタレントを必要をしている人へ届けることができます。彼女にとってはとても意味のある旅になります。(詳しくは下記の彼女自身の手紙をお読みください）
申し込み、ビザ、一生懸命準備を進めていますが、渡航費とトレーニング費用が必要です。彼女の夢を叶えてあげたいと思います。どうかみなさんのサポートをお願いします。この世に神がいる、と私も信じたいのです。彼女を大きく羽ばたかせてあげたい。

Dear friend,
My name is Tamami and I’m currently 21 years old living in Palm Beach but soon moving back to Oxenford. I studied Classical Piano at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music in 2011 to 2012, before deferring two semesters due to depression and other difficulties including an eating disorder. It was a difficult period as I’m sure those close to me would know. My eating disorder progressed to a dangerous state, and I developed bipolar disorder; I had lost all hope of getting better and returning to a normal mental and physical state. However through this difficult period, God heard my desperate cries and revealed Himself to me. On November 27th 2013, I gave up trying to get better in my own strength and gave everything to God. Since then, He has completely healed my depression, bipolar disorder, and eating disorder. Not only has my physical and mental strength returned, but I have experienced freedom in countless areas of my life since becoming a devout Christian. Although it hasn’t even been a year since being saved, God has done incredible things in me and my life that is impossible in my own strength.
The reason I’m writing to you is to inform you of an upcoming trip to Denver, Colorado for a 6-month DTS (Discipleship Training School) program. The program is run by YWAM (Youth With A Mission) which is a non-profit, interdenominational Christian organisation. I will be doing a Music DTS which is based in Denver, Colorado in the US for the first 3 months, and then fly to either Peru, Tobago, or Trinidad for the last 2-3 months for the outreach phase (the outreach location is to be decided once we arrive in Denver). The first 3 months will be the lecture phase, where I will be studying curriculum and undertake training that includes God’s Nature and Character, Inductive Bible Study, Effective Evangelism, and music rehearsals for the outreach phase. The last 2-3 months will involve some volunteer work in our chosen outreach location, as well as spreading the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ through music, prayer, and acts of service.
Through this amazing opportunity I wish to grow further in my relationship with God, be a part of miracles and healings, spread the love of God, meet other Christians, and improve my skills in music and worship. I have had little time to prepare financially for this because it was a choice based on what God clearly told me through prayer around May/June. Since then I’ve given up a couple of times because of my financial situation, only to be followed by three people giving me a word from God and words of encouragement not to give up and to keep pressing on. I have persevered and obtained my US visa, a new passport, and an acceptance into the YWAM Denver Music DTS. However, I am still $5,000 short of my initial financial goal that will get me to Denver. I am writing to ask you to consider sponsoring me during my stay in Denver, whether it be through a lump sum donation, monthly donation, or your dedicated prayers. Anything you are able to give in your current circumstances is a blessing. If you are unable to donate anything, I ask that you will please keep me in your prayers as God is very faithful in answering them. If you’d like you know how I am going during my DTS, I will be sending fortnightly emails to those who wish to hear my progress, as well as updating on my Facebook whenever I get the chance.
