As many of you know, my friend Jen had a stroke in December. She was working full time before this. Now she and Tim don't have her income.
For those of you who haven't heard the details:
Her stroke was really big. She was in the ICU for weeks! About a week and a half ago, she was moved to a rehab facility. She can't talk, walk, eat, or drink yet. She has a trach tube and a feeding tube.
Jen is a fighter and is getting stronger all the time. She writes to make her needs known. She points and gives us thumbs up.
It is still early in her recovery and forms for temporary disability haven't been processed yet. That's where we step in. We want to support Jen and Tim however they need. These gifts we give can go toward anything they need from mortgage or household payments to insurance or medical payments. This will be set up so that any gifts given will go directly to Tim.
Whatever you can give will help! Let's make sure that Tim and Jen are supported during this difficult time!
